Kiitos, JR, olitkin päivittänyt Amyn ketjua - en ollut huomannut. Mutta - totta kait - toivomme Amyn onnellista kotiinpaluutta vuonna 2014. Tulin tarkistamaan täältä nyt vain erästä asiaa, ei minullakaan mitään uutta tietoa ole. Mutta sana "sitruunapuutarha" tai pikemminkin "Lemon tree" ei jätä minua edelleenkään rauhaan. En kestä edes kuulla tuota biisiä. En tiedä, miksi.

Tähän liittyy jokin mysterio, jota en ole pystynyt ratkaisemaan, ainakaan vielä. Tosi kiusallinen juttu. Ehdotuksia otetaan kiitollisena vastaan.

DETECTIVES are set to scour a remote hillside for the body of missing Amy Fitzpatrick, the Olive Press can reveal.

The area of wasteland, not far from the home of the teenager on the Costa del Sol, is likely to be searched in the next few days.

It comes after Amy’s aunt in Ireland Christine Kenny received an anonymous tip off about where her niece ‘had been buried’, following her disappearance on New Year’s Day 2008.
“It was very very precise and came from a lady in Ireland,” she told the Olive Press.

“She refused to give her name and withheld her number, but she was quite certain.
“She said you are the person I need to give this message to and she told me the spot that Amy is buried. She said she had known about it for some time.

“She was roaring and crying on the phone. In fact, she was blabbing.”

Kenny, who is close to Amy’s father Christopher, added: “The Gardai and Guardia Civil are both now involved and I have been told not to give away the exact spot.

“But I can tell you it is not far from where she lived.”

Amy had gone missing from her home in Riviera del Sol, near Calahonda, after a night out with friends nearby.

As the Olive Press revealed at the time, the 15-year-old had been unhappy and was not getting on with her mother or stepfather Dave Mahon, a local estate agent.
She had not been attending school and sources revealed she had even sometimes slept rough in a nearby park.

Despite nationwide and global appeals from both sides of the family, she has not been found.
Added her aunt: “I really hope they start searching now and that they get there in time before anything is moved.”

The news comes as it emerges that the mother of Amy and her partner Mahon have been living on the Costa del Sol for the last month.

Killing

This is despite Mahon being expected to be charged over the death of Amy’s brother Dean last year.

An inquest into the killing outside Mahon’s Dublin flat has been postponed until March 14.
He has admitted to stabbing Dean, but claims it was in self-defence. He has not yet been charged.

Olive Press sources reveal that the pair have been drinking regularly at a string of bars near the Los Jarales camp site, in Calahonda.

They have been seen a number of times at Los Ktetos and have a new puppy.

Mahon recently told the Irish Press the reason for the break was to help nurse Audrey back to full health. “She is physically and mentally exhausted” he said.

As we went to press, it was reported that Audrey needs an urgent liver transplant and had been rushed to the Costa del Sol hospital for tests. Doctors reported that her enzyme count was 2,750 – more than 100 times the normal level.

No niin, eli Amyn ruumista etsitään tietyltä alueelta läheltä Amyn katoamispaikkaa Espanjan poliisin toimesta, johon on tullut vihje Irlantilaiselta naiselta, joka oli vakuuttunut tiedostaan, mutta halusi esiintyä anonymina. Samoihin aikoihin on ollut uutinen Amyn äidin vakavasta sairastumisesta, jossa kerrotaan Amyn isäpuolen soittaneen äidille apua. Tämähän tietysti hämmästyttää meitä, koska edellä on uutisia, jossa kerrotaan kyseisen isäpuolen olleen Amyn veljen kuolemaan syyllinen, mutta häntä ei olekaan vangittu?! Tämä nyt tietojen päivittämiseen.

Lueskelin tämän keskustelun läpi ja kirjoitan nyt nopsaan omia mietteitä, kun kaikki faktat on tuoreena mielessä. Aluksi ajattelin, että olisi kyse onnettomuudesta, jos kerran kulkenut valaisemattomalla polulla ja vielä rakennustyömaalla, mutta nyt viimeaikaisten uutisten perusteella vaikuttaa siltä, että isäpuoli on syyllinen. Pidin isäpuolta epäilyttävän oloisena jo aiemmin, mutta nyt tuo vika käänne (että pidätetty poikapuolen murhasta) vain vahvistaa tätä. Poikapuoli oli ehkä ainoa todistaja, joka alkoi kiristää tekijää, tai muuten vain uhkasi kertoa poliisille, joten hänestä oli päästävä eroon. Jännittävästi tuo poika tuntui mielellään jättäytyvän pois etsintäkiertueilta, varmaan koska tiesi syyllisenkin olevan mukana. Ja ihmettelin myös tuota pojan pubissa järjestämää muistojuhlaa siskolleen, jonne vanhemmat eivät vaivaudu paikalle. Kaikesta, myös uhrin elämäntyylistä, näkee että kyseessä on ollut varsin dysfunktionaalinen perhe.

Pidin isäpuolta epäilyttävän oloisena jo aiemmin, mutta nyt tuo vika käänne (että pidätetty poikapuolen murhasta) vain vahvistaa tätä.

Niin, ongelma on siinä, että isäpuoli tietämäni mukaan on kuitenkin edelleen vapaana, ja jopa passi on hallussa, joten minkähänlaisesta murhasta tässä oikein on ollut kyse - olen miettinyt. Olen lukenut jostakin, mutta en muista enää missään. Olin lomalla, enkä päässyt päivittämään tietoa silloin, kun se julkaistiin. Toimii se sensuuri näinkin, heh.

Dean Fitzpatrickin puukotusta käsitellään 20.7.2015. Miestä puukotettiin kuolettavasti vatsaan 26.5.13.

Viikko edellä olevien uutisten jälkeen on näemmä tullut tieto, että poliisilla on Amyn katomiseen pääepäilty, mutta sanotaan menevän vielä kuitenkin kuukausia todellisiin toimiin. Tarkoittanee sitä, että asiassa on sellaisia kytkentöjä, jotka on selvitettävä ennen (julkista) pidätysuutista?!

Joka tapauksessa - vahva väite, että syyllinen on nyt identifioitu Espanjan poliisin toimesta. Ehkä syyllinen nyt itse menisi avustamaan poliisin kuvaamaa tapahtumien kokoamista, niin juttu etenisi nopeammin finaaliin, kun tässä nyt tuskin on enää mitään epäselvää kuitenkaan.

The mum of missing teenager Amy Fitzpatrick has married the man set to stand trial over the murder of her son.

Audrey Fitzpatrick, 46, and Dave Mahon tied the knot in Dublin yesterday, according to reports.

The pair, who had been engaged for eight years, were surround by a group of 30 close friends and family during the 15-minute ceremony, at Kettles Country House Hotel, in Dublin.

Mr Mahon, 44, is expected to stand trial next year over the death of Dean, 23, who died in May 2013.

According to reports, Mr Mahon wore cufflinks with pictures of Dean and missing Amy on them.

Speaking after the ceremony, Mr Mahon told The Irish Star: "They are part of us.

"We are thinking of them both today, as we always do. And we wish both of them were here today."

Smitten Audrey revealed she walked down the aisle to a song that reminded her of her children.

She explained: "It's Christina Perri, a song called A Thousand years. When I heard it first, I thought it was lovely and I wanted to use it in the next video I was doing of Amy.

"But then Dean died and I had that song picked with the funeral home originally to be part of his funeral. But then I wasn't allowed to be part of the funeral - so I just figured it would be for the four of us today."

Audrey added: "I'm delighted [to be married]. It will be nice to be able to say my husband instead of my partner."

Amy Fitzpatrick went missing on New Year's Day, 2008, from the Costa Del Sol.

The Dublin girl, who was 15 when she disappeared, was visiting a friend's house and was on her way home but she never turned up.

Her mother Audrey has campaigned tirelessly since her disappearance in the hope of finding her alive.

Hämmennystä tietysti on aiheutta, että miten ne ovat hänen käytössään, mutta on selvinnyt, että viimeinen havainto Amystä ei pitänytkään paikkaansa, vaan hänet on nähty ravintolan edessä vielä oletetun katoamisen jälkeen mystisen blondin kanssa.

Olipas mielenkiintoinen ketju ja tuli mieleeni tuosta havainnosta, että oli nähty viimeisen kerran blondin naisen seurassa ( tämä havainto ilmeni siis vasta myöhemmin ), niin jospa blondi nainen olikin Amyn äiti?

Tätä vaihtoehtoa, ette tuoneet tässä ketjussa laisin esiin. Se tuli ensimmäisenä mieleeni kuvien perusteella, jotka äidistä ketjussa on.

Amy Fitzpatrickin isäpuoli Dave Mahon, joka tuomittiin Amyn 23-vuotiaan veljen, Deanin, taposta kesäkuussa 2016, vapautuu 29.7.2021.
- Dean tapettiin vuonna 2013, reilut 5 vuotta siskonsa katoamisen jälkeen.

Miksi mr. Mahon surmasi Amyn veljen? Tiesikö hän Amysta jotain - vai epäilikö ja alkoi vihjailla/vittuilla?
