Kiitos koonnista! Nyt vasta oikeasti tajusin, miten sekava juttu tämä Amyn katoaminen olikaan. Onko mahdollista ettei ole saatu edes totuutta siitä, oliko Amy rikkinäinen, miesten vietävissä ollut moniongelmikko vai väärinymmärretty kiltti tyttö? Jos jälkimmäistä, miksi sitten moni väittää muuta? Onko joku syy miksi Amyn mainetta haluttaisiin katoamisen jälkeen mustata? Onko hänen lähipiirissään useampia hyväksikäyttäneitä miehiä? Nimenomaan niitä joihin koulutytön pitäisi voida turvata. Olihan Amystä puhuneiden joukossa jopa hänen koulunsa rehtori. Koulun pitää olla tosi pieni jos rehtori tietää, missä mikin tyttö iltojaan viettää.Vai oliko Amyllä jo niin suuria ongelmia että hän oli koulussa jo huomion kohteena?
Sekin kiinnostaisi, mitkä olivat alunperin syyt siihen että Amy vietti niin pitkiä aikoja ystävänsä luona että tämän äiti kaavaili jo ottavansa tytön kokonaan luokseen. Ihan normaalit kasvukivut ja kapina eivät kyllä moiseen manööveriin oikeuta. Hyväksikäyttö tässä minunkin nenääni haisee. Se selittäisi sen, miksi ystävät olisivat olleet niin tietämättömiä asiasta. Koulutyttö joka uhmamielestä ravaa kapakoissa hillumassa kerskuu toimillaan satavarmasti. Hyväksikäytetty salaa häpeän viimeiseen asti. Ja hyväksikäyttäjille voisi olla etua siitä, että tytöllä on huonon tytön ja luntun maine. Jos juttu tulisi ilmi eikä tyttö olisi enää neitsyt, voisi kaikki laittaa kapakoista iskettyjen pervojen piikkiin.
Minä kuvittelisin että Amy aikoi joko hakea apua tai paljastaa asian muuten. Tai ehkä hän odotti jo lasta. Ehkä ne joiden mielestä tytön katoaminen olisi kaiken ratkaisu eivät uskoneet, että jutusta nousee moinen kansainvälinen haloo. Ehkä he halusivat uskoa että kerrankos noita aineita käyttäviä ja hankalia tyttöjä häipyy.
Minusta tuo auton katoaminen on merkittävä juttu. Ruumiit, siististikin surmatut tuppaavat tihkumaan. Sellaista on kelju kuljettaa ilman autoa mutta penkit kyllä tärveltyvät pysyvästi. Täytyy toivoa että auto on päätynyt sellaiselle romureiskalle joka ei pidä paalaamisella kiirettä. Auton löytyminen voisi selvittää paljon.

TODAY the Sunday World lifts the lid on the explosive police files that shed disturbing new light on the secret life of missing Irish teenager Amy Fitzpatrick. A series of witness statements paint the 15 year-old as a troubled and vulnerable child who was drinking and hanging around bars from a young age.

Extracts from the teenager's diary published here for the first time also portray a lonely and unhappy figure who desperately missed her family and friends in Ireland.

We can disclose that Amy's family has uncovered further chilling allegations that the youngster was hanging around the fringes of seedy drinking dens which placed her at risk of exploitation by predators on the Costa del Sol where she had moved from Dublin with her mum Audrey in 2004.

Today we can reveal how we joined Amy's aunt Christine Kenny on a mission to find the truth about her niece's lifestyle in the months and weeks before her disappearance on New Year's Day 2008. The sad trail runs through a series of bars and even a seedy sex and massage parlour near where Amy was reported to have hung around. When our undercover reporter questioned people at the Star Club in Calahonda some admitted knowing Amy but then refused to discuss her life or disappearance.

Amy's aunt would like to see an investigation into claims that the teenager was seen hanging out near the club and may have known people who frequented it.

Campaigned

Christine has tirelessly campaigned to find Amy on behalf of her brother, Amy's birth father Christopher, who lives in Donaghmede, north Dublin. "The secret to her disappearance lies in the life she was leading," Christine said. "Some of the people in that bar where she would be seen hanging around may hold the secret to what was going on in her life and what happened to her."

Christine also had the heartbreaking task of recovering some of Amy's clothes that she had with her at a friend's house the night before she disappeared. Skimpy and dishevelled, her aunt fears it is another insight into how the teen was living a lifestyle that was spiralling out of control and was unable to look after herself properly.

Today our investigation reveals that:

* three witnesses have come forward to allege they saw Amy in a bar over three hours after her previous last reported sighting;
* Amy continuously hung out with an unruly bunch of teens until the early hours of the morning, and was often absent from home after teenage bustups with her mum or step-dad Dave Mahon; and
* she was drinking and smoking marijuana at an early age

Detailed police files, seen by the Sunday World, show a near-exhaustive search by the Spanish authorities since Amy was first reported missing by her mother Audrey Fitzpatrick at 11.01am on January 3, 2008, 36 hours since her last confirmed sighting. Police have interviewed dozens of witnesses, trawled through computers and made enquiries about several adult men who may have known the missing girl. They also took possession of a mobile phone to check her contacts.

Amy spent a lot of time on internet chat sites it has emerged, a fact that was the subject of tensions in the home. Police also followed up the mystery disappearance of a car belonging to a friend of Amy's stepdad, which the teenager may have had access to.

Richard O'Shea worked in the local Tricki Ricki bar where Mr Mahon and Audrey socialised. He reported the car stolen around the time of Amy's disappearance but it has never been found.

While Amy had not been in a steady relationship, it appears she had had a number of boyfriends. She was also drawing attention from older men as she dressed old for her age. Friends reported that on several occasions men tried to get the teen to go with them in cars as they cruised the streets of the Spanish resorts, a local custom. One pal told detectives: "Amy mentioned sometimes a man in a van told her things like, 'Pretty Girl, come with me', when she was walking." The friend added this "was very normal".

While she was troubled she was not suicidal and it is highly unlikely she did anything to harm herself the reports say.Earlier on the night she disappeared Amy had been at the Trafalgar bar in the El Zoco shopping centre in Calahonda with her pal Ashley Rose. The pair left the bar around 8pm and made their way back to Ashley's house nearby. Amy had been staying with Ashley and her mother, Debbie, since Christmas Eve. Ashley told police Amy left the house to make the 30 minute walk home shortly afterwards, at around 10pm. But three men who were drinking together, gave police a statement claiming they saw Amy with a mystery blonde woman at the Trafalgar bar later around 11.30pm.

The Trafalgar bar owner told us staff noticed Amy hanging around outside his premises in the shopping centre until quite late on occasions.

Wild

"She was part of a wild bunch who used sit on the steps a lot and could be offensive at times," he said.

Amy's aunt, Christine, hired an investigator to find out more about her niece's disappearance. She believes the Star Club, a bar and massage parlour in the Calahonda complex, may hold some of the missing pieces to the jigsaw of Amy's life.

When we called we were offered to spend time with two Chinese girls for sex for "€60 all in".

Ashley said Amy didn't have much money but claimed she stole money on occasion from her mum and step-father. The most she stole was €80 to get a piercing done in her belly button. Ashley told cops that the strong-willed teen had left home after rows with her parents at least four times and stayed away for weeks at a time.

Her mum Debbie Rose was also questioned by the police and told them that Amy had left home before and was living with a friend called Kimberley for a spell. Another friend, Elenie Simpson, described how a lot of boys used to stop Amy on the street and asked for her number as she was a striking looking girl and dressed older than her age. The police file also reports Elenie's view that Amy was unhappy with her mothers' new relationship and it caused tensions in the home.

The Sunday World spoke to several people in the Calahonda area who witnessed Amy's erratic lifestyle.

An Englishwoman, who was a former neighbour of one of Amy's best friends, stormed: "These kids were let roam around the streets until the early hours. I'd often hear them coming over the back fence at that time. "I'd hear they'd be up to all sorts and had a really bad reputation." One pal's father, a respectable German hotel manager, told the Sunday World that he discouraged the friendship as Amy could be "a bit wild".

The police files also reveal that Amy regularly didn't attend school and was not even enrolled in the three months before she went missing. She would often turn up at friends houses in the middle of a the day looking for someone to hang out with. She even occasionally slept in fields and sometimes seemed hungry according to interviews. "I was out with my husband one night having got a babysitter for my daughter and saw Amy hanging around the stairs at the El Zoco centre," said one local parent. "There are lots of bars there and it was pretty late at night. I remember thinking she was very young. She would only have been 13 or 14."

Amy's aunt Christine has tirelessly led the Irish end of the search for her missing niece for over three years. On her recent trip to Spain she was handed the clothing Amy had with her when she stayed in her pal Ashley's house. "She had to borrow clothes off Ashley," explained Christine. "The clothes she left behind her were little more than rags and her shoes were falling apart, God love her."

Stunned

Christine said she was "stunned" by what locals in Calahonda had to say about Amy's pitiful lifestyle. It was alleged by locals that Amy collected glasses at adult parties and may have been used to bring hash to those parties, having been exploited by grown adults to do so. The shocking allegations have not formed part of the police investigation to date Christine added: "I will not give up my search for Amy and whatever happened her."

Amy's mum and stepdad have previously hit out at claims that Amy was living and out-of-control lifestyle. They say any rows at home were nothing more than the normal teenage tantrums, particularly around Amy's refusal to go to school.

Audrey is now writing a book to help her own search for her daughter. She and her partner still have an 'Amy Day' once a month when they visit a different Spanish town to look for information.

Troubled teen's unhappiness is laid bare in private thoughts

MISSING Irish schoolgirl Amy Fitzpatrick's troubled lifestyle is documented in her diary, published for the first time today. The Sunday World has gained access to Spanish police files which contain Amy's last writings and observations. Much of her language is either child or text speak, which has been slightly amended here to made it easier to read. The diary is largely about her homelife and how she misses Ireland, dislikes school and she writes about foraging for food in bins.

There is also a heartfelt letter from her brother Dean, who was two years older than her. He writes about how Amy ran away from home for months and didn't respond to texts from their mother Audrey, but eventually answered the phone to him and they met up.

One of the most poignant entries from the troubled young teen is a drawing by Amy depicting her living in a cardboard box and an arrow pointing to bins where she appears to be getting food. Amy writes after the drawing: "I smell of dog s**t and I haven't had a shower in 2 years and I moved into my new house 2 day and its quite small and it's not been painted. "I am hoping to paint my cardboard box soon."

Fascinating

This may have been a reference to times when she slept rough or did not return home for the night.
She adds: "Well I'm off now to do some more shopping in the bins. Now you never know I might find some dog food or cat food that I can eat!"

Amy's writings give a fascinating account of her thoughts on when she moved to Spain at the age of 12. The first entry reads: "My name is Amie. I moved to Spain eight months ago. I used to live in Ireland. "I live with my mam and her boyfriend and my brother. "My Dad lives in Ireland. Miss everyone there."

A later entry details a stay in Marbella, about 20 miles from Amy's house in Calahonda.

"Hiya, I stayed at Lisa's last night. "Me mam went to evo about 11 o'clock and I I went to the beach with Becky + (Jorden) (Lisas' boy) havin a drink + s***!"

Another entry on Tuesday July 7 indicated that she might get her wish to return to Dublin: "Heya! Well you'll never geuss what me ma said. She's enough of me and might be senting (sic) me back to Ireland to live with my Dad. "Well it didn't happen again, wonder will it ever."

On April 22 2006 she writes that her mother is going to Ireland in a couple of hours: "Her flight is at eight and I'm really pissed off because I wanted to go and she said she hadn't enough money for the flights."

An entry in September says she's supposed to be going for a holiday to Ireland "but I doubt it's going to happen. Mum will probably make up an excuse. I miss Ireland".

In a later entry Amy writes that her mum said she would be bringing her to Ireland for her birthday."Well, I'll believe it when I see it. She said if I didn't go to school she isn't giving me any pressie for Christmas. I ain't getting to go to Ireland. It's b ---ix. "

Amy also writes about fancying boys and proclaims in one note "Ben is buff!".

One June 27, 2006, her brother Dean wrote in Amy's diary: "This is about my little sister Amie. My sister ran away like about 2 months ago.

"I miss her and wish she would come back. I don't know what to do about it. "She is coming to Ben's tomorrow and I'm glad she is, at least I still get to see her. "My Mam is really worried and she keeps texting her. I was well happy when I rang her and she told me where she was and she asked me to come up and see her and buz. "So I went up to see her in Fuengerola. She said she has been staying in a load of people's houses. "I met Amie and her friends when she came to Ben's house. I can't wait to see her tomorrow. I miss u! Luv Dean x."

A year and a half later Amy would go missing again, only on this occasion she did not seek friends for refuge and Dean and his family still have no word of her.

Spanish police hold suspected 'Irish serial murderer'

Secrecy Due to the investigating judge granting a secrecy order on the case, spokesmen from Spain's National Police and Civil Guard were unable to confirm the name and nationality of the suspect or discuss local media reports he had been carrying false ID when he was arrested. A spokesman for the National Police said: "I've seen the reports suggesting the suspect is Irish and I've also seen other newspaper reports he's from central Europe, but I cannot give you any details about the man who is in custody."

Espanjan poliisi on pidättänyt Irlantilaismiehen epäiltynä kahden naisen puukottamisesta,heidän kodeissaan Costa de Solissa.
(Esapanjan johtavan televisioyhtiön mukaan epäilty olisi Irlantilainen).

Vellovien huhujen mukaan poliisi epäilee miestä sarjammurhaariksi ja tutkii,voiko hänet liittää sarjaan muita selvittämättömiä henkirikoksiin, ympäri maan.

Tuomari on myöntänyt salassapitomääräyksen tapaukselle.Poliisi ei ole siis voinut vahvistaa miehen nimeä tai kansallisuutta,eikä lehdissä ollutta väitettä,jonka mukaan mieshellä olisi ollut väärennetty henkilöllisyystodistus pidätettäessä, myöskään vahvisteta.

Miehen Marokkolainen tyttöystävä ja tämän äiti,ovat myös pidätettyinä kuulusteluja varten.

Tosiasiassa ranta on tupaten täynnä "alan yrittäjiä" - niin yksityisiä kuin toisen palveluksessa olevia. Jälkimmäisessä tapauksessa yleensä on tarvittu alkurahoitusta ja/tai turvallista työpaikkaa.

Tämä ei toki tarkoita ettei ao. työ vaarallista olisi. Mitään kummempia mafiateorioita ajattelematta on tässä siis ollut kaveri, joka on käyttänyt lehden "henkilökohtaista" -osion palveluita ja ainakin kahdesti surmannut palvelijansa. Kyseessähän on aikaslailla ihan sellainen sarjamurhaajan perustapaus, jos ilmaisu sallitaan.

Christy Kinahan refused bail in Costa del Sol 'Irish Mafia' case

The man who is the head of the so-called ‘Irish Mafia’ on the Costa del Sol, 53 year old Christopher ‘Christy’ Kinahan, who was arrested as part of a large police operation on Tuesday last week, has been remanded to custody and denied bail in the First Instance and Instruction Court Three in Estepona.

The judge has now taken the statements of 18 people, and also ordered prison on remand for Kinahan’s two sons and two others. A further three people were granted bail set at 60,000 €.

Nine others have now been released, but with charges still outstanding, one of whom also has to report to the court every fortnight, has his passport withdrawn, and has been told not to leave the country.

The group faces charges of money laundering, drug trafficking and the falsification of documents.

The police operation, called ‘shovel’ saw arrests in Estepona, Marbella and Fuengirola last Tuesday, as well as actions in London and Dublin and a total of 31 arrests.

More than 500 police took part in making the arrests and more than 200 mercantile companies are being inspected thought to have been used in laundering money obtained by the criminal activities of the gang.

The Spanish Interior Ministry said the gang invested most of the money in real estate on the Costa del Sol and in other places such as Brazil.

A new court ruling allows us to examine some of the links between the money-laundering gang in Marbella and other criminal organisations

So far, police investigations point to a vast crime network involving at least sixteen different gangs throughout Europe and North Africa, their activities ranging from drugs and arms dealing to prostitution, kidnapping, international fraud, tax evasion, murder and contract killings.

The case has been sub judice up to now, but the partial raising of this order gives us some idea of the extent of the Marbella connection, reaching to Britain, Finland, Sweden, Turkey and Tunisia. It is known, however, that the police are still investigating the links with the Yukos oil company, and with criminal gangs in France, Holland, Russia, Israel and other countries.

Jälkimmäsiessä kaupunkitarinassa tuomittiin päätekijänä suomalaispariskunta, mutta tuskin he nyt näitä palkkamurhia, jotka edellä mainitaan niin ihan omikätisesti suorittivat, joten tähän on hyvinkin odotettavissa lisäpidätyksiä ja tutkintoja, kun mafiasysteemi koostui 16 eri haarasta. Ja aivan varmasti Amyn kohtalo löytyy näistä kuvioista - tavalla tai toisella.

Toisaalla on uutisoitu Fuengirolassa kadonneen suomalaistytön, Jennan, ruumiin löytymisestä Mijaksesta yhteistyössä Espanjan ja Suomen poliisien kanssa läheltä aluetta, josta myös Amy katosi. Molempien tyttöjen kohtaloita on yhdistetty sekä huumeisiin että suomalaisiin. Faktatietoa ei ole siitä, että mistä oli tullut vihje Jennan ruumiin olinpaikasta, mutta en voi olla kiinnittämättä huomiota tähän juuri pidätettyyn "sarjamurhaajaan", josta meillä on edellä hieman eroava näkemys JR:n kanssa. Toivotaan ja odotetaan myös Amyn kohtalosta jotakin infoa lähiaikoina.

Tänään perutaan eilistä vahvistusta Mijaksesta löytyneen, muumioituneen ruumiin liittymisestä Jennaan - sanotaan, että ei tiedetä vielä - tietoja luvataan myöhemmin.

Tässä edellä on artikkeli poliisin arkistoista väitetystä Amyn "salaisesta elämästä", mutta tämän jälkeen Amyn ystävätär kumosi väitteitä, ja kertoi Amyn olevan älykäs nuori tyttö, heidän viettäneen normaalia nuorten elämää, sekä Amyn suhtautuneen alkoholiin pikemminkin pidättyväisesti.

Jonkin asteinen ristiriita jäi mieleen poliisiarkiston ja ystävättären kertoman välille, ja mieleeni tuli myös vaihtoehto, että poliisilla olisi ollut omat motiivinsa mustamaalata Amya - näitä ikäviä vihjailujahan kerrotaan tässäkin ketjussa poliisin vuotaneen.

Toisaalta Amyn katoamisen jälkeen, kun tutkinta siirtyi paikallispoliisilta toiselle taholle, niin Mijaksessa pidätettiin viisi poliisia liittyen huumerikollisuuteen.

Kun selasin ketjua taakse päin, niin en löytänyt kevään 2010 uutisointia - silloinhan luvattiin mm. huomattava palkkio Amyn löytymiseen johtaneesta vihjeestä.

Kerrottiin myös Amyn perheen käynnistä Irlannissa liittyen katoamistututkintaan, ja kun he palasivat matkaltaan mukanaan Amyn katoamistutkintaan liittyviä papereita ja asiakirjoja, he toimittivat ne asianajajalleen.

Tämän jälkeen asianajajan toimistoon ja autoon murtauduttiin, ja ko. asiakirjat varastettiin. Poliisi ei ollut halukas tutkimaan murtoa ja varkautta.

Tuonne Jenna ketjuun linkitin uutisia koskien näitä rikolliskuvioita Costa del Solilla, kun selvisi, että sieltä löytyvät yhteydet niin Irlantiin kuin Israeliinkin, joka rikollishaara liittyy taas Valkoiseen Valaaseen ja Marbellaan. DNA:sta ei ole tullut vielä vahvistusta.

Tässä yhteydessä huomasin erään asian, jota en aikaisemmin ole havainnut. Edellä linkitetyssä viimeisessä havainnossa, jonka Amyn täti oli saanut tietoonsa poliisiarkiston papereista, puhutaan silminnäkijähavainnosta koskien blondia naista, jonka seurassa Amy nähtiin viimeksi - mutta paljon myöhemmin kuin on aikaisemmin annettu ymmärtää viimeiseksi havainnoksi. Itse taas olen tuumaillut, että mahtaisiko olla sama blondi nainen, jonka ravitoloitsija näki McCannien ikkunan takana "kuikuilevan ikkunasta sisään" ihan samoilla minuuteilla, kun sanotaan Madeleinen kadonneen.

Siis näinhän ei voi tehdä - kuikuilla ikkunasta sisään - jos ikkunan alumiinisärmi on alhaalla, joten ravintoloitsija on havainnut myös tuon särmin olleen tässä vaiheessa ylhäällä.

Dennis Patrick O'Brien was arrested in the Trafalgar Bar, Calahonda del Sol last Saturday

Several Britons, two of them known to be drug traffickers were arrested last Saturday evening by the UDYCO specialist police in an operation carried out in Mijas Costa.

There is an international search and capture order already in place against him for drug trafficking offences in which the British police recovered 1,500 kilos of cocaine, for which he has been given a life sentence.

Siis täsmälleen sama ravintolan nimi. Pidätys on koskenut huumekauppaa. Ja kaiken lisäksi on kyse vielä kokaiinista, josta "tehtävästä" puhutaan myös Jennan kohdalla - eli siis hänen olisi pitänyt toimia huumekuriirina koskien kokaiinin salakuljetusta.
