Koska tässä edellä on tietoa, että Amyn katoamistutkinta on mahdollisesti vähän takkuillut, koska Amyn katoamisen jälkeen pidätettiin Mijasissa viisi poliisia huumekaupasta, niin myöhemmin on saman kohtalon kokenut Malagan alueen huumesalakuljetuksen tutkinnan päällikkö - hänet on myös pidätetty loppuvuodesta 2010 samasta syystä kansainvälisen tutkinnan yhteydessä. Saman kohtalonhan koki myös Madeleine-tutkinnan ex-tutkinnanjohtaja Amaral - hän oli vastaavassa asemassa Algarvessa.

The Málaga Anti-Drug Chief of the Guardia Civil has been arrested in an operation against drug trafficking. It comes as part of an operation which started on Wednesday and saw earlier reports of another Civil Guard and a former officer arrested.

Eli ennen kuin nämä tutkinnat edes edistyvät mihinkään, on putsattava poliisia. Mikä lienee tilanne tällä hetkellä Suomessa, koska juuri linkitin toisaalle, että poliisit olivat tehneet kantelun sisäministeriöön, että myös Suomessa huumekauppaa johtaa poliisi - joka näkyy olevan vain Eurooppalainen käytäntö. Onkohan noita putsauksia saatu edes vielä Suomessa käyntiin, kun en ole lukenut, että olisi ollut "kansainvälistä" apuakaan.

Katsokaapa näiden uutisten päivämääriä - tämä poliisikonna on pidätetty ensin, ja sitten vasta on päästy kiinni tuohon ed. sivulla mainittuun konnaan, jonka yhteydessä mainitaan tämä sama ravintola kuin Amyn viimeisen silminnäkijähavainnon kohdalla.

Tämä pidätys on 17. joulukuuta, ja tuo englantilaisroisto pidätettiin sitten 24. joulukuuta - nämä pidätykset ovat tapahtuneet siis n. 10 kk sitten. Tällaista tämä suojelu on - kuten Jenna ketjussakin todetaan, että kukahan todellisuudessa suojelee ja ketä ja miltä.

No, niin olisiko nyt sitten Espanjan poliisi puhdas, ja yritettäisiin käydä kiinni Suomen poliisiin - saa nähdä - nyt on kuitenkin tuota "kansainvälistä apuakin" tarjolla.

Tämän ketjun alusta lähtien on puhuttu, että Amy olisi ollut ystävättärensä kanssa lapsia hoitamassa ennen katoamistaan, mutta tämän lehtitiedon mukaan he olisivat kyllä olleet ystävättären kanssa aikaisemmin illalla myös tuolla Trafalgar-baarissa, missä hänestä tehtiin viimeinen havainto vaalean mysteerinaisen kanssa vielä lähellä keskiyötä, josta ei ole ollut mitään tietoja ennen kuin täti Christine vuoti näitä poliisitietoja lehdistöllä. Trafalgar-baarin omistajahan sittemmin pidätettiin kokaiinikaupasta samoihin aikoihin - tai pikemminkin vähän sen jälkeen - kun huumesalakuljetusta tutkineita poliiseja ja heidän päällikkönsä pidätettiin Malagassa.

Earlier on the night she disappeared Amy had been at the Trafalgar bar in the El Zoco shopping centre in Calahonda with her pal Ashley Rose. The pair left the bar around 8pm and made their way back to Ashley's house nearby.

Amy had been staying with Ashley and her mother, Debbie, since Christmas Eve. Ashley told police Amy left the house to make the 30 minute walk home shortly afterwards, at around 10pm.

But three men who were drinking together, gave police a statement claiming they saw Amy with a mystery blonde woman at the Trafalgar bar later around 11.30pm.

Tämän mukaan olisi siis kolmen miehen silminnäkijähavainto, että Amy olisi palannut takaisin Trafalgar-baariin ennen katoamistaan.

Vastaavasti tuosta edellä puhutusta sarjamurhaajasta, joka pidätettiin hyvin läheltä Amyn kotia Mijaksesta on eräs Amyn äidin antama haastattelu, jossa epäillään myös murhaajan yhteyttä Amyn katoamiseen. Arvuuttelemme, että minkälaisesta sarjamurhaajasta mahdollisesti olisi kyse. Itse veikkasin, että kyseessä on palkkatappaja, eikä hän ihan tavallisia lehti-ilmoitustyttöjä murhannutkaan, vaan molemmat löydettiin luksuskodeistaan kuolleena, joten rouvilla ei tuntunut olevan ainakaan pikkurahan puutetta.

Lehtiartikkelin mukaan Amyn isäpuoli pitää outona sattumana, että vuodesta 2007 lähtien heidän naapurissaan asunut sarjamurhaaja (Amy katosi 1.1.2008) oli surmannut toisen naisen paikassa, jossa he olivat aikaisemmin asuneet, eli Marbellassa ja alueen nimi on San Pedro de Alcantare. Audrey told EWN the suspect “was always in the area, trained in the local gym, where he was arrested. Dave [Mahon] went to the same gym. “One of the women he killed is the same area we had our bar in Calahonda and the other victim was in San Pedro Alcantara near where we lived for nearly a year,” she added.

Kujala’s partner in the Marbella gymnasium was Italian Luigi Protani, who was wanted by the Italian police for drug trafficking, and who had been arrested in Spain in 2001 and subsequently handed over to the Italians for his involvement in an international drug ring. Protani has been in prison in Rome since 2003, convicted of having taken part in the sale of 200 kilos of Venezuelan cocaine to an Italian gang.

The police also discovered that another partner in the gymnasium was Moroccan Ghali Lamrani, who lived in the same building as Kujala. Lamrani has since ended up in a Moroccan prison for his part in a drugs deal in which 350 kilos of cocaine were seized by Dutch police in Rotterdam port.

Arrested man admits to killings on the Costa del Sol

An alleged serial killer, who has been operating on the Costa del Sol and who is believed to be responsible for the deaths of two women, has been arrested.

The crimes were on August 11 and September 10 in Calahonda and San Pedro de Alcántara, and in both cases the women had Spanish nationality but were of Latin American origin, and both were stabbed. Preliminary reports from the autopsies show certain similarities between the crimes.

The 42 year old man, who has been revealed to be a foreigner although his nationality has not been announced, was arrested in Mijas, and the man’s mother and girlfriend have also been arrested to determine their possible implication in the crimes.

The arrest took place on Friday night in a gymnasium near the suspect’s home in Urbanisation Riviera del Sol in Mijas Costa, and he was taken for questioning at the Fuengirola Civil Guard Barracks, while the two women were taken for questioning by the police in Marbella.

The investigation was carried out jointly by the Guardia Civil and the National Police. They say that they cannot rule out other victims in other parts of Spain or in other countries, and they will continue to investigate over the next few days to try and establish if the suspect has taken part in other killings.

On Saturday they said that the arrested man could have committed two more crimes, and believe that the tortures his victims before death.

Latest reports indicate that he has admitted to the two crimes on the Costa del Sol.

Milly Dowlerin nimi liittyy ennen kaikkea tähän Rupert Murdochia koskevaan lehdistöskandaaliin ja hakkerointiskandaaliin, koska väitetään jollakin hänen lehdellään olleen tytön sieppauksen jälkeen hakkeroitu viesti Millyltä hänen katoamisensa jälkeen. John Wayne Gacy (17. maaliskuuta 1942 Chicago, Illinois – 10. toukokuuta 1994 Crest Hill, Illinois) oli yhdysvaltalainen sarjamurhaaja. Hänet tuomittiin vuosina 1972–1978 tapahtuneista 33 miehen raiskauksista ja murhista. Gacya kutsuttiin "tappajaklovniksi", koska hän toimi usein viihdyttäjänä ja pukeutui ja naamioitui Pogo-nimiseksi klovniksi.[1]

Kyseessähän oli vaikutusvaltainen henkilö ja merkittävässä poliittisessa asemalla ollut, joka jo eläessäänkin puhui, että näissä murhapuuhissa oli muitakin hänen lisäkseen mukana, samoin on kertonut eräs karkuun päässyt. Poliisin jopa kerrotaan avustaneen häntä erään uhrin tapon kohdalla, ja nyt puhutaan uusista salatuista tutkimuksista, joten kiinnostaa kyllä nyt myös tuo irlantimafian (?!) sieppauksia suorittanut haara, joka tässä Valkoisen Valaan selvityksen yhteydessä mainitaan.

Tämä rikollisuus ei tunnut kunnioittavan minkäänlaisia maiden rajoja, ja EU:ssahan olemme kuin yhtä suurta perhettä ja rajat auki joka kolkkaan asti niin ihmissalakuljetukselle ja -kaupalle kuin huumesalakuljetuksellekin.

Kun edellä mainittu murhaaja pidätettiin Amyn kodin läheltä, antoi Amyn äiti haastattelun, jossa minitsi toivovansa, että miehen yhteydet Amyn katoamiseen tutkittaisiin perusteellisesti. Pian tämän jälkeen puolestaan lausui mielipiteensä Amyn tapausta tutkinut, perheen palkkaama yksityisetsivä Liam Brady, ja piti erittäin epätodennäköisenä, että näillä tapauksilla olisi yhteyttä, koska kyseiset surmat liittyivät prostituoituihin - ainakin nyt uutisoidut. Kyllähän uutisessa mainittiin, että miehen arveltiin tehtailleen ruumita muuallakin Espanjassa sekä muissa maissa.

AN IRISH detective has discredited claims that a German serial killer could be linked to the disappearance of Irish teen Amy Fitzpatrick.

Liam Brady – who has spent years working on the case to find Amy who disappeared in Calahonda in 2008 – insisted that he would not consider the man a suspect.

“Both the women were older than Amy and both were contacted by the alleged killer after he saw an advertisement in a local magazine,” said Brady. “This is something that Amy would not have done and there is a gap of four years between her disappearance and these deaths.”

The comments came after Amy’s mother Audrey Fitzpatrick spoke out about her fears over the suspected killer who lived within walking distance of their home. “I want to know that this man who lived under our noses since 2007, is being investigated,” she told the Irish Herald. “It is only the media that seems to be helping us.”

Ironically, when the Olive Press contacted her she refused to comment.

Amystä viimeinen silminnäkijähavainto on siis puolenyönaikaan Trafagar-barin edustalta blondin naisen kanssa. Myöhemmin kyseisen baarin omistaja selvisi etsintäkuulutetuksi kokaiinikauppiaaksi, joka pidätettiin vasta sen jälkeen, kun oli pidätetty Malagassa huumeiden salakuljetuksen ja järjestäytyneen rikollisuuden tutkijoita. Oliko Amy "Luckyn" kanssa katoamisiltanaan?

Amyn äiti on saanut Facebookin kautta ytheydenoton alamaailmasta. Audreylle (Amyn äiti) ja Davelle (isäpuoli) on kerrottu, että Eric "Lucky" Wilson on murhannut Amyn.

Wilson on tuomittu tappaja joka on linkitetty ainakin 10 ihmisen kuolemaan. Hän istuu parhaillaan Espanjassa vankilassa 23 vuoden tuomiotaan englantilaisen Daniel Smithin ampumisesta baarin edustalla. Ampuminen tapahtui kesäkuussa 2010 Costa del Solissa. Smithin oli auttanut Wilsonin ahdistlemaa nuorta naista. Kuuleman mukaan ahdistelluksi joutunut nainen oli Amyn ystävä.

Wilsonin myös epäillään olleen se "vanhempi mies" joka nähtiin Amyn seurassa katoamisiltana.

Audrey ja Dave ova tantaneet Gardaille nämä tiedot ja ensi viikolla he tekevät virallisen Lausunnon, joka toimitetaan Interpolille. Interpolin odotetaan tomittavan lausunnon Espanjan poliisille, joka on hyllytänyt tutkinnan.

Audrey odottaa, että poliisi ryhtyy toimiin ja tekee etsinnän Wilsonin Amyn katoamisen aikaan vuokraamalla tilalla Coinissa.

En ole aikaisemmin kuullut, että Amy olisi nähty - tai että olisi silminnäkijätodistusta - miehen kanssa, vaan tädin julkisuuteen vuotamien tietojen mukaan Amysta - poliisin arkistojen mukaan - on viimeinen silminnäkijähavainto nimenomaan blondin naisen kanssa. Mistä havainto/tieto, että tuo blondi nainen olisikin nyt muuttunut mieheksi?

Kevät 2010 Costa del Solilla liittyy Irlannin mafian pidätyksiin, joista tutkimisista aikaisemmin mainitsin, että suoritettiin tiedostelupalveluja apuna käyttäen, koska kytkennät menivät niin korkeille tasoille, että tutkimiseen ei pelkkä poliisi enää riittänyt. Oli yhteyksiä mm. 200 alueen liikeyritykseen.

Edellä on tietoa, että Amyn (ja myös Jennan) katoamisalueelta pidätettiin Amyn naapurissa asunut "sarjamurhaaja" - jota arvelin palkkatappajaksi - kaksi viikkoa ennen Jennan ruumiin löytymistä, olisiko nyt niin, että tämä henkilö/tappaja olisi identifioitu kyseiseksi mieheksi, koska aikaisemmin sanottiin nimestä ja kansallisuudesta olevan epäselvyyttä, koska esiintyi väärillä papereilla.

Operaation nimi oli Shovel, ja tutkinnan sanotaan alkaneen Esteponasta, ja pidätyksiä suoritetun niin Marbellassa kuin Fuengirolassa. Käytännönvaiheessa operaatioon osallistui 500 poliisia - myös 200 liikeyritystä ratsattiin.

Christy Kinahan refused bail in Costa del Sol 'Irish Mafia' case

The man who is the head of the so-called ‘Irish Mafia’ on the Costa del Sol, 53 year old Christopher ‘Christy’ Kinahan, who was arrested as part of a large police operation on Tuesday last week, has been remanded to custody and denied bail in the First Instance and Instruction Court Three in Estepona.

The judge has now taken the statements of 18 people, and also ordered prison on remand for Kinahan’s two sons and two others. A further three people were granted bail set at 60,000 €.

Nine others have now been released, but with charges still outstanding, one of whom also has to report to the court every fortnight, has his passport withdrawn, and has been told not to leave the country.

The group faces charges of money laundering, drug trafficking and the falsification of documents.

The police operation, called ‘shovel’ saw arrests in Estepona, Marbella and Fuengirola last Tuesday, as well as actions in London and Dublin and a total of 31 arrests.

More than 500 police took part in making the arrests and more than 200 mercantile companies are being inspected thought to have been used in laundering money obtained by the criminal activities of the gang.

The Spanish Interior Ministry said the gang invested most of the money in real estate on the Costa del Sol and in other places such as Brazil.

Tässä vielä tarkemmin kyseisestä operaatiosta ennen mafiapomon ja poikansa pidätystä - ratsattiin mm. 100 luksusasuntoa, ja kerrotaan mafian linkittyvän 20 maahan, ja kerrotaan pidätyksiä tehdyn Costa del Solilla, Englannissa ja Irlannissa. The judge in Instruction Court Three in Estepona on Thursday started to take the statements from eight of the 31 people arrested in the operation carried out against the so-called Irish mafia in Spain earlier this week.

100 luxury properties were searched in the operation and arrests made on the Costa del Sol, the U.K. and in Ireland.

Three of the eight to declare on Thursday arrived at the court in a police van at 4pm and left after 7pm amid high levels of security. National and Local police closed off local streets during the declarations.

A second group of five started to declare after 7pm.

The Costa del Sol group is alleged to have had connections to some 20 countries and be linked to a similar number of crimes including a shooting in an Estepona urbanisation in February 2008 in which a 28 year old lost his life.

More than 500 police took part in making the arrests and more than 200 mercantile companies are being inspected thought to have been used in laundering money obtained by the criminal activities of the gang.

The Spanish Interior Ministry said the gang invested most of the money in real estate on the Costa del Sol and in other places such as Brazil.

A 26 year old man, reported to be British, has died after being shot while on a street terrace, from a passing large cylinder motorbike carrying two riders in Mijas. The victim has not yet been named.

Diario de Sevilla reports that it happened at 10,10pm on Saturday night at the British-run Lounge Bar, Terraza de Miraflores, in the Riviera del Sol Urbanisation, an area popular with drinkers. Reports say that at least six shots were fired in total, and that three of them hit the victim.

Health workers could do nothing to save the life of the victim who died at the scene from gunshot wounds to the head.

The judicial police of the Guardia Civil have opened a full investigation, with the first hypothesis considering the killing was part of a settling of scores.

Diario Sur reported on Monday that the victim was well known in the area, but that nobody wants to talk about what has happened. He is still to be officially identified by the Guardia Civil, but at the site of the shooting some tributes in the name of Dan have appeared.

This latest Costa del Sol killing comes just over a week after the so-called Irish Mafia , led by Christopher Kinahan, was broken up. His organisation was allegedly involved in drug and firearms trafficking and money laundering. Possible links to this new killing are being investigated.

Saturday’s shooting is the sixth homicide on the Costa del Sol this year. The latest came to light on May 6 when a fishing boat caught a body in its nets near the Calaburras lighthouse in Mijas. The body, which was wrapped in plastic, is still to be identified.

And on April 22 a young British man died in his apartment in Arroyo de la Miel, after being stabbed to death in front of his girlfriend. In that case the police are reported to have identified the aggressors, but that they remain at large.

Some of top 200 people linked to the security of Europe met in Marbella on Wednesday this week to discuss the fight against organised crime.

The Europol chiefs want to speed up the flow of information between them, with the Spanish Director of the National Police and Guardia Civil, Francisco Javier Velázquez, saying it was the way forward in the fight against terrorism, organised crime and illegal immigration.

He also used the occasion to tell his European colleagues that crime levels in Spain are among the lowest in Europe.

Gardai want to quiz psycho killer Eric 'Lucky' Wilson over a spate of unsolved murders here, which they believe he carried out as a 'freelance' assassin.

Wilson was convicted of blasting 24-year-old British criminal Daniel Smith to death in a packed Spanish bar and now faces a potential 25-year jail term, the Herald can reveal.

The victim was shot a number of times in a row over a woman.

Wilson (27), who has been on the run from gardai since 2006, could then be be extradited back to Ireland.

They also want to charge him over a major firearms seizure in Co Carlow that year and also a serious assault in Co Laois in 2004.

A senior source explained: "Eric Wilson is the most prolific gun-for-hire in the history of Irish organised crime. He is completely ruthless, psychotic and had a solid reputation of always getting his man."

Detectives from the NBCI travelled to Spain earlier this year to question him about these killings, but Wilson refused to meet them when they arrived at the jail he was in.

The hitman, from Cremona Road, Ballyfermot, is suspected of working for a number of Ireland's most dangerous drugs gangs and regularly travelling back and forward from Spain's Costa-Del-Sol to Ireland with a false passport before his arrest in Fuengirola last June.

These gangs include the northside crews that were led by slain crime lords Martin 'Marlo' Hyland and Eamon 'The Don' Dunne as well as notorious hood Paul 'Burger' Walsh's drugs gang.Eric 'Lucky' Wilson,shot his victim in both testicles following a row over a woman, court documents have revealed.


Eric 'Lucky' Wilson, from Ballyfermot, south Dublin, is behind bars in Spain suspected of murdering English criminal Dan Smith at a Costa Del Sol bar last year.

Wilson is a notorious criminal, suspected of involvement in shootings both here and aboard. He fled Ireland after becoming a suspect in a number of gun attacks.

He was pestering a girl in the Lounge Bar in the Rivera del Sol, near Mijas, last year when Smith told him to leave a woman he was hassling alone.

Wilson then told Smith: "You wait there. I'll be back in a minute." Wilson returned shortly afterwards on a motorbike.

Documents prepared by a local prosecutor say Wilson fired 11 bullets into Smith. "He took out a 9mm Parabellum pistol which he had kept hidden. He shot twice at Daniel as he tried to get up from his seat, so that the victim fell to the ground.

"Wilson then shot repeatedly at Daniel as he lay on the ground. Daniel was shot a total of 11 times, including twice in the jaw, twice in the spine and two bullets hit the left and right testicles."

Prosecutors say they plan to charge Wilson with murder and illegal weapons possession and will ask for a sentence of 18 years plus €45,000 compensation for Smith's mother.

A trial date has yet to be set and under Spanish law Wilson will not be formally charged until he comes before the court. Police found explosives and false identities in Wilson's home when they arrested him.

The "highly dangerous" thug, was suspected of involvement in a number of murders including that of Roy Coddington in Meath in 2007.

He also has links Mark Desmond as well as north Dublin criminals, was understood to be offering his services as a hitman-for-hire before relocating to Spain.

Smith from Essex was on the run from authorities in the UK for the attempted murder of a man in
2007.
